Cloudy and Dusty Weather Expected in Cyprus on May 8
According to the Cyprus Department of Meteorology, weak high pressure and a warm air mass are expected to affect the region on Thursday, May 8. Dust will occasionally be present in the atmosphere.
In the early part of the day, increased mid- and high-level cloud cover is expected in some areas. The sea will be slightly choppy.
Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach around 32°C inland, 27°C along the coast, and 25°C in the mountains.
Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear, although some areas may experience periods of increased cloudiness.
Overnight temperatures will drop to around 17°C inland, 18°C along the coasts, and 13°C in the mountains.
Looking ahead to Friday and the weekend, the weather is expected to remain mostly clear, with occasional patches of mid- and high-level clouds.
By Saturday, temperatures will rise noticeably, climbing well above the seasonal average. No significant changes are expected on Sunday.
