Banks in Cyprus Will Be Closed on Holidays
The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) has released a statement confirming the banking holidays during the upcoming festive days. All banking institutions across the country will be closed.
According to the regulator's announcement, banks in Cyprus will be closed for three days: on Christmas Day - Monday, December 25, on Boxing Day - Tuesday, December 26, and also on New Year's Day - Monday, January 1, 2024.
Residents are advised to take note of the banking holidays and plan their banking activities accordingly to avoid any inconvenience, the Cyprus Central Bank's statement said.
