Famagusta: artificial intelligence to be introduced in municipal services

The Municipal Union of the Famagusta District (EOA Ammochostou) announced an agreement to introduce artificial intelligence technologies into the work of its services. The project aims at the digital transformation of the municipality and increasing the efficiency of citizen services.
According to the statement, AI will be used to optimize administrative processes, handle residents’ requests, analyze data, and speed up decision-making. Special emphasis is placed on reducing bureaucracy and improving the quality of municipal services.
District authorities emphasize that the introduction of new technologies will become part of a long-term strategy for modernization and adaptation of local self-government to modern digital standards.
