Sunny Weather and Heat up to 39°C Mark the Start of July in Cyprus
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, the region is under the influence of seasonal low pressure on Monday, July 1.
The weather will be mostly clear in the first half of the day, but cloudiness will increase in some areas during the afternoon.
The meteorological service forecasts that daytime temperatures will rise to 39°C in inland areas, 33°C on the western coast, 35°C on other coastal areas, and around 28°C in the mountainous regions.
By evening, the weather will be predominantly sunny. Temperatures will drop to 24°C inland and on the coast, and to 18°C in the mountainous regions.
The weather is expected to remain mostly sunny in the coming days, with temperatures gradually rising above the average climate levels.
