Cyprus Enters the Top 10 Travel Destinations in Google's Ranking
The world's largest search network, Google, has released its Year in Search report for 2023. In the 'Travel' section, Cyprus has entered the top 10 attractive destinations for tourism.
The ranking provides data on the most popular search queries by internet users in 2023, including a list of the 10 countries that were most frequently entered into the search bar as potential travel destinations. Cyprus secured the 6th position in this ranking, trailing behind Croatia and surpassing Thailand.
The top three spots were claimed by Greece, Spain, and Italy. Portugal and Croatia also made it into the top five. Following Cyprus, Thailand and Egypt take the subsequent positions. Rounding out the top ten travel destinations are Malta and Morocco.
