Cyprus Electricity Authority Announces Holiday Office Hours
The Cyprus Electricity Authority (EAC) has released its customer service office hours for the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays.
On Christmas Eve (Tuesday) and New Year's Eve (December 31), customer service will be available until 12:45 PM.
The EAC offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day (December 26), and New Year's Day (January 1). On all other days, the offices will operate according to their regular schedule.
Payments can still be made online through the EAC website, the energy provider's mobile app, or via internet banking. For more information on payment options, visit this page.
