Cyprus Motorcycle Museum Marks 25 Years of Heritage

The Cyprus Historical Motorcycle Museum, located in the heart of Nicosia near the iconic Paphos Gate, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The entirety of 2025 will be dedicated to honoring the museum’s “silver” jubilee, a milestone in preserving the island’s motorcycling history.

Currently, the museum proudly displays over 150 motorcycles, each holding special historical significance tied to life in Cyprus since the early 20th century. Visitors can journey through time and discover how motorcycles have influenced society and culture in the Mediterranean, at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Beyond its exhibition, the museum boasts a remarkable collection of more than 450 vehicles, spanning the years 1914 to 1983, showcasing some of the world’s most renowned motorcycle brands.

Throughout 2025, the Cyprus Classic Motorcycle Museum will actively participate in various events, not only in Nicosia but across the island. These events include special exhibitions and activities designed to celebrate and preserve Cyprus’s cultural heritage.

In addition to its heritage efforts, the museum is deeply involved in charitable initiatives and cultural events organized by local communities, further cementing its role as a cultural ambassador.
