Larnaca Municipality to Distribute Food Packages for the Holidays
The Larnaca Food Bank will be distributing food packages to families in need in time for the holidays. The packages will be handed out on Christmas, December 23, and on New Year's Eve, December 30.
"The food distribution is part of our social solidarity program and is available to holders of special beneficiary cards," the municipality stated in a press release.
The municipality expressed its gratitude to all producers, suppliers, and volunteers for their generous food donations.
Meanwhile, on Monday, the Nicosia Municipality provided 700 packages containing Christmas treats to students in need.
Additionally, on December 9, a food drive will take place in Limassol to support those receiving social food assistance.
