Rain and Thunderstorms Expected in Cyprus on July 9
The Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus reports that seasonal low pressure will influence the region on Tuesday, July 9.
The weather will be mostly clear in the morning, but the afternoon will bring increased cloudiness, with possible rain and thunderstorms, especially in the mountainous and inland areas.
Forecasts indicate that daytime temperatures will reach 39°C inland, 32°C on the west coast, 35°C on other coasts, and 30°C in the mountains.
By evening, the weather will remain mostly clear, though some areas will experience increased low cloudiness. Nighttime temperatures will drop to 22°C inland, 24°C on the coasts, and 19°C in the mountains.
Over the next few days, expect increased cloudiness with isolated showers, mainly in the mountains and inland areas. Hail is possible during rainfall. Temperatures will remain slightly above average for this time of year.
