In Cyprus, on April 12th, clear weather with thunderstorms is expected around noon

According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Friday, April 12th, the region will be under the influence of weak low pressure.

Today, in the first half, after the fog and low clouds dissipate, the weather will become predominantly clear. However, after noon, the appearance of clouds is expected, which will bring isolated showers or even thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains, in the south, and in the inland areas. Hail is possible during thunderstorms.

According to the meteorological forecast, during the day, the air temperature will rise to 27°C in the inland areas, up to 24°C on the coast, and up to 18°C in the mountainous regions.

By evening, the weather will be predominantly clear, but in some places, low clouds will increase. Gradually, fog formation is expected in the inland and southeast regions.

The air temperature will drop to about 13°C in the inland areas and on the coast, and to 9°C in the mountainous regions.

It is expected that by the end of the week, the temperature will not change significantly until Monday and will continue to fluctuate slightly above the average climatic values.
