Weather Forecast for Cyprus on July 12: Clear Skies with Increasing Clouds and Afternoon Showers
According to the Meteorology Department of the Republic of Cyprus, on Friday, July 12, the region will be affected by seasonal low pressure.
In the first half of the day, the weather will be mostly clear with some increased cloudiness, mainly in coastal areas. However, in the afternoon, cloudiness will increase, and showers and thunderstorms are possible, especially in the mountains and potentially in inland areas.
The Meteorological Service predicts that daytime temperatures will reach up to 39°C in inland areas, 33°C on the west coast, 35°C on other coasts, and 30°C in the mountainous areas.
By evening, the weather will be mostly clear, but low cloudiness will increase in some areas, particularly along the coast. Later, light haze or fog will form. Nighttime temperatures will drop to 25°C inland, 24°C on the coasts, and 18°C in the mountains.
It is expected that on Saturday, temperatures will slightly decrease, but by Monday, they will rise again and remain above average for this time of year.
