In Cyprus, a Missing Citizen of Sri Lanka Has Been Sought for the Seventh Day
The Police of the Republic of Cyprus have appealed to anyone who may know anything about the whereabouts of a 47-year-old citizen of Sri Lanka. There has been no news from the man for a week.
According to the police, Vasanth Kumar Hettiarachchi from Sri Lanka went missing on March 2, 2024, from his residence and workplace in the province of Nicosia. The 47-year-old dark-skinned man is 1.78 meters tall, of slim build, with black thinning hair.
"Anyone who knows anything that could help find the missing man, please contact the Morphou police department at 22802552, the nearest police station, or call the citizens' hotline at 1460," the police statement said.
