Several Areas of Paphos Left Without Power
On Monday morning, a fault in the power transmission line left several areas and villages in the Paphos district without electricity. It is expected to take several hours to restore the power supply.
According to the Cyprus Electricity Authority (EAC), the outage occurred around 7 a.m., affecting a total of nine areas.
Energy officials reported that the fault impacted medium-voltage networks across a large area. Repair crews have been mobilized, and electricity is expected to be restored after 1 p.m.
