Pafilia wins two awards at the International Property Awards 2025–2026
Developer Pafilia announced that it has received two awards at the International Property Awards 2025–2026 for projects in Cyprus. The ceremony and award presentation took place as part of the current award season.
The Mintis project received a five-star award as the best resort development in Cyprus. The ONE project in Limassol was recognized as the best apartment/residential development in Cyprus. Mintis has been receiving International Property Awards honors for 13 consecutive years since 2012, which, according to the company, confirms the project's strong reputation.
