Car Bursts Into Flames After Crash in Cyprus — Four People Injured
A serious traffic accident in Cyprus ended with a car catching fire and four people being injured.
According to the police press office, the accident occurred on Sunday evening near the Kalavasos Reservoir. The fire service received an emergency call about a vehicle fire at around 7:40 PM. Two fire engines were dispatched to the scene, and firefighters managed to extinguish the flames by 8:43 PM.
All four people inside the burning car were injured but managed to escape in time. They were transported to the hospital by ambulance, according to the fire service. No further details about the crash have been released at this time.
