Fire at an antique shop in Nicosia
The Fire Service was alerted early Wednesday morning after a fire broke out in an antique shop in the Agios Dometios area.
The fire occurred in a single-story shop located within a two-story building. According to a Fire Service spokesperson, the flames damaged antique items inside the premises. The interior finishes and the building's facade were also affected.
Three fire engines arrived at the scene and managed to bring the fire under control.
The cause of the fire remains unknown and will be determined during the investigation.
