Homemade Bomb Found Near Real Estate Agency in Kiti Village
The Cyprus police have launched an investigation after a homemade explosive device was discovered near the office of a real estate agency in Kiti, a village near Larnaca. Fortunately, the bomb failed to detonate.
According to a police statement, the device malfunctioned due to a material defect and did not cause any damage.
The explosive has been sent for forensic examination, and investigations at the scene are ongoing. As of now, there are no suspects, and authorities are reviewing surveillance footage for potential leads.
