Students from four schools in Nicosia performed Christmas carols for the President
Students from four schools in Nicosia visited the Presidential Palace on Monday morning to perform Christmas carols for President Nikos Christodoulides. The visit took place in an official setting, with interaction between the head of state and an exchange of greetings.
The first to perform were students from TESEK Nicosia “Makarios III,” who not only sang but also presented a gift to the President. The President spoke with the children and emphasized the importance of technical education, noting that “we want to focus on technical education,” which led to the establishment of the Technical High School.
Also performing at the Presidential Palace were students from the Special School “Evangelismos,” 1st Primary School of Macedonitissa, and 4th State Kindergarten of Aglantzia. The President interacted with the children, exchanging greetings and best wishes.
The event highlights the participation of the city’s educational institutions in official ceremonies and the authorities’ attention to the development of vocational education.
