Road Closures in Old Town Nicosia for Signage and Road Marking Renovations
Several streets in Old Town Nicosia will be temporarily closed for the installation of new street signs and road markings.
According to the municipality's press office, the work is scheduled for Friday, from midnight until 6:00 a.m. The closures will affect Pygmalion Street from its intersection with Grammou Street to Ledras Street, parts of Ledras Street from its intersection with Pygmalion Street to Nikokleous Street, Nikokleous Street from its intersection with Ledras Street to Phaneromeni, Phaneromenis Street from its intersection with Nikokleous Street to Lefkonos Street, and part of Lefkonos Street from its intersection with Nikokleous Street to Aeschylus Street.
During this time, all traffic will be redirected to nearby streets, including Grammou, Megalo Alexandrou, Paleon Patras Germanou, Arsinoe, Rigainis, and Granikos.
The work includes updating horizontal road markings, and once completed, all roads will be reopened to traffic.
The municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
