A complaints department has opened in the Paralimni - Deryneia municipality. This new service aims to significantly enhance the efficiency of municipal services.
The department promises to provide the best and fastest service to citizens, as well as save time for the municipality.
According to the municipality's announcement, the department will address complaints regarding issues such as street cleanliness, sidewalks, roads, greenery, and stray animals. However, it will not handle complaints related to infrastructure or building permits.
