Six people in Thessaloniki accused of raping a 13-year-old girl and distributing video
A case has been opened in Thessaloniki against six individuals — two adults and four minors — on charges of rape and child pornography involving a 13-year-old girl. According to the investigation, the incident occurred between February and April 2025.
Police report that among the suspects are three Greek citizens and three Albanian citizens aged 14, 15, 16, 16, 18, and 19. According to the victim’s complaint, four of them, taking advantage of the girl’s friendship with a 15-year-old boy, lured her into a shared corridor of an apartment building and into a women’s restroom in a Thessaloniki parking lot, where they performed sexual acts against her will and recorded the acts on mobile phones.
Some of the video material, as noted in reports, was later posted on social media. Additionally, it is reported that another 16-year-old and 15-year-old boys also committed sexual acts against the victim.
The confiscated mobile phones will be sent to the relevant department of Forensic Research of Northern Greece for laboratory examination. The compiled pre-trial documentation will be submitted to the competent prosecution.
