Adiger Construction Company was founded in 2023 by two experienced shareholders in the construction industry, Alexander Zlochevsky and Andrey Rakitov. Adiger Construction Company started its operations in Cyprus by signing a reserve contract for an ‘A1’ plot of land in August 2023.

Within a few months, the company acquired additional plots and started design. In February 2024, the purchase agreements for plots ‘A2’ and ‘A3’ were signed and the ‘A4’ project was launched.
