Cyprus Weather in January
January in Cyprus is a full-fledged winter month when the air temperature doesn’t allow you to walk around in just a t-shirt, even during the day.
A sweatshirt is a necessary part of the wardrobe during the day, and after sunset, the air temperature drops enough that you’ll need a jacket. However, if it’s sunny and there are no clouds, you can spend some time in just a t-shirt. Rain is quite common in January, so waterproof clothing will come in handy.
Cyprus Weather in February
February in Cyprus is usually the coldest month of the year, so don’t expect any kindness from the weather.
For example, February is often when the ski season starts, with stable subzero temperatures at night in the mountains. On the coast, the temperature doesn’t drop below zero, of course, but it’s definitely not comfortable.
To enjoy the scenery, make sure to dress warmly, especially if you’re heading up to the Troodos mountains. On the coast, waterproof clothing will be useful.

September is considered the beginning of the "soft season," although the temperature often does not differ much from August.
The days remain sunny as before. The daytime air temperature stays warm, ranging between 28-30 degrees, and at night it’s around 20 degrees. The sun pleasantly warms without burning, and the warm water adds to the attraction. This is why the number of vacationers on the island remains high in September.
Cyprus Weather in October
October is a rather convenient month for family vacations at Cypriot resorts. During this month, the weather remains quite warm but without the exhausting heat, except in the early days of the month when it sometimes exceeds 30 degrees. But usually, the daytime air temperature stays around 28 degrees, and at night it rarely drops below 16 degrees.
