Our company is a member of the Northern Cyprus Realtors Association and has all the necessary documents and licenses for legal operation in Northern Cyprus. Furthermore, all transactions of our clients are insured for 200,000 euros, as we pay annual insurance premiums.

It is important to note that the management and employees of our company have been living and working in Northern Cyprus real estate for at least 8 years. We have a wealth of experience and hundreds of transactions behind us, and most importantly, we are always present. Each manager at INEX Investment has handled the complete transaction cycle with their clients numerous times: from purchasing a property at the foundation stage to the property's completion and subsequent resale or rental.
