Co-working in North Cyprus

Remote work has become an integral part of many industries, but not everyone can fully work from home.

For those who lack the necessary equipment, meeting spaces, and overall work environment, public coworking spaces equipped with everything needed for immersion in the work process can be helpful.

Where to find coworking spaces in Northern Cyprus?

There aren't many such spaces in the northern part of the island (unlike the southern part), but we have identified four modern facilities that offer all the conveniences — two in Kyrenia and one each in Nicosia.

Coworking in Kyrenia

Qwork.Space

A large modern coworking space near Kyrenia, towards the famous Bellapais Abbey. Its location outside the city center allows you to avoid the infamous Kyrenian traffic, and as a bonus, you get a view of the sea from your workspace. The website has a Russian version. In addition to a conference room, there is also a terrace for work.

OS Coworking

Another coworking space in Kyrenia, closer to the city center and not far from the road to Nicosia. It has a separate room for conferences and uninterrupted high-speed internet. It is also notable for its working hours: from 8:00 to 23:00.

Coworking in Nicosia

EU Incubator Hive

After the closure of Projekt Haus, this is the only coworking space in the capital, specifically in its northern part. In addition to the coworking space with access to fully equipped office facilities, it offers business incubator opportunities with mentors under the auspices of the European Union. To use the open space services, HIVER membership is required.
