This beach doesn't have a dual name in Turkish and Greek — it's Ayfilon in all languages.
But what makes it special is not this, but its remoteness from popular tourist trails, pristine beauty, and a natural rocky pool with sea water.

Ayfilon Beach
Ayfilon Beach, located on the northern coast of the Karpaz Peninsula, is one of the most untouched and stunning recreational areas in Cyprus.
Since the road here is far from the main routes and can be difficult for some, it is very quiet and peaceful year-round. This beach, not very well known among tourists, is favored by locals who want to escape tourist crowds and relax.
The beach itself is sandy, and there are also several rocky but very picturesque coves nearby. The sea water is clear and turquoise, and thanks to the bay, it’s usually calm without waves.
During the turtle nesting season, you can witness the miracle of baby turtles hatching and heading into the sea.
Beach Infrastructure
Despite the beach’s remoteness and untouched nature, business has reached here too. But this is rather good news.
On the right side of the beach, there is the Ayfilon Turtle Nest Bar, which besides offering drinks and food, also provides sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as toilets and showers.
A little further past the bar is another bay, where a small and atmospheric hotel called Oasis is built on the rocky shore. According to tourist reviews, some come here just for lunch with a beautiful view but end up staying overnight. Here is the hotel website.
The hotel also rents out kayaks and SUP boards. Between the hotel and the main beach, there's a small natural pool with very calm and clear water.
The left side of the beach remains undeveloped and wild, so if you don’t want to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas, you can settle a little further from the bar area.
How to Get to Ayfilon
You can get to Ayfilon Beach only by private car or by taxi. However, it's not guaranteed that taxi drivers from Iskele will agree to go there for a reasonable price, even though it's just five kilometers from the center of Dipkarpaz. Here are the taxi contacts in Northern Cyprus.
