On the 14th of March, brief showers are expected in Northern Cyprus

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Thursday, March 14th, the region is under the influence of low pressure and cool, moist air. Meteorologists forecast cloudy weather with brief showers, especially in the vicinity of Lefke, Famagusta, and on the Karpas peninsula.

The air temperature will rise 2-3 °C above the seasonal climatic norm, with the maximum reaching 22-23 degrees Celsius. The wind will be southwest, of moderate strength.

There are no active weather warnings from meteorologists in Northern Cyprus. The dust that was suspended in the atmosphere yesterday has dissipated.

Northern Coast: Kyrenia - 21°C, Lapta - 18°C, Akdeniz - 20°C, Alekye - 18°C, Esentepe - 18°C.

Western Coast: Lefke - 20°C, Güzelyurt - 23°C.

Central Part: Nicosia - 22°C, Ercan - 21°C.

Eastern Coast: Famagusta - 21°C, Iskele - 21°C.

Karpas: Yenierenkoy - 19°C.
