19th "Once Upon a Time in Lurucina" Fair to Take Place on May 18
The beloved annual fair “Once Upon a Time in Lurucina,” organized by the Değirmenlik-Akıncılar Municipality, will be held on Sunday, May 18. This year marks the 19th edition of the cultural event.
According to the municipality, the festivities will begin at 11:00 AM in the village square with opening speeches by distinguished guests.
The fair will last all day and feature food and drink stalls, local handicrafts and souvenirs, as well as live concerts and dance performances.
The program includes a folk dance show, a performance by the AKSAD folk dance group, a gymnastics exhibition, and musical acts by a children’s choir, a youth orchestra, and several local bands.
The celebration will conclude with a concert by Grup SOS and Fırat Özakıncı, followed by a DJ performance from Coşkuner.
