Stormy Weather and Strong Winds Expected in Northern Cyprus on March 20
The TRNC Meteorology Department has warned that cold, wet, and stormy weather will continue in Northern Cyprus on Thursday, March 20, due to ongoing low pressure.
Forecasters predict partly cloudy skies with showers and thunderstorms throughout the day.
Temperatures are expected to be 4-6°C below the seasonal average, ranging between 12-16°C in most areas.
Authorities have issued two weather warnings for Northern Cyprus due to strong storm-force winds.

- Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 15°C, Lapta – 14°C, Akdeniz – 14°C, Alevkaya – 12°C, Esentepe – 14°C
- Western Coast: Lefke – 15°C, Güzelyurt – 16°C
- Central Region: Nicosia – 14°C, Ercan – 15°C
- Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 14°C, İskele – 16°C
- Karpas Peninsula: Yenierenköy – 16°C
