The Nicosia Biennale continues until December 6: concerts, performances, and exhibitions

The Nicosia Biennale, held under the auspices of Lefkoşa Türk Belediyesi, will continue until December 6 and includes a series of concerts, performances, meetings, and exhibitions. This was announced by the municipality's press service.
The event began on November 7 with the opening of stations and the official ceremony at Arabahmet Kültür Evi. The ceremony program included a contemporary dance performance “Gitme,” prepared by the ARUCAD Department of Contemporary Dance. Professor Kenan Gürsoy presented the conceptual framework of the biennale to the guests. The first day concluded with a concert by Korhan Futacı and an orchestra on Zahra Street.
During the first week, meetings and performances took place: a conversation with artist Kerim Can Güleryüz, the performance “Pain of Others” directed by Handan Ergidiren, a dance performance by Melih Kıraç and Kamola Rashidova, as well as a concert by Arshid Azarine Trio.
The biennale continues its program until early December, bringing together contemporary art venues and international participants.
