TRNC Communications Department to Disconnect Internet for Delinquent Accounts
The Telecommunications Department of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has issued a warning to customers with outstanding bills about imminent disconnections. Voice services, data transmission, and internet services for subscribers who have not settled their debts by August 19 will be disconnected.
According to the statement from the Telecommunications Department, all debts accumulated up to June 30, 2024, must be cleared by August 19. Additionally, if subscribers who have not paid for more than 12 consecutive billing periods (starting from the end of July 2023) fail to settle their debts, their lines will be canceled, and their subscriptions terminated.
To avoid any disruption, subscribers are advised to make payments at the nearest telecommunications department office or through their bank.
