Cold and Strong Winds Persist as Rain Subsides: TRNC Weather Forecast for February 21
According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, low pressure and cold, humid air will continue to affect Northern Cyprus on Friday, February 21.
Forecasters expect partly cloudy skies with no rainfall. Temperatures will drop 4-5°C below the seasonal average, ranging between 7°C and 12°C across most of the country.
The previously issued storm warning for strong winds has been extended until the end of the day. Northwesterly winds could reach speeds of up to 7 on the Beaufort scale.

- Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 12°C, Lapta – 12°C, Akdeniz – 12°C, Alevkaya – 7°C, Esentepe – 12°C
- Western Coast: Lefke – 12°C, Güzelyurt – 12°C
- Central Region: Nicosia – 11°C, Ercan – 12°C
- Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 12°C, İskele – 12°C
- Karpas Peninsula: Yeni Erenköy – 11°C
