Another 84 foreigners have been granted permission to purchase real estate in the TRNC
The Council of Ministers of the TRNC has granted permission for the purchase of real estate to another 84 foreign citizens. The decision was published in the "Official Gazette."
According to the document, all 84 individuals to whom the Council of Ministers decided to grant the necessary permission are citizens of Turkey. The permission is granted on the condition that the real estate they acquire is free from any encumbrances.
"The Council of Ministers, in accordance with Law No. 52/2008 'On the Acquisition of Immovable Property and Long-Term Lease (Foreigners),' has decided to grant the necessary permission to 84 citizens of Turkish nationality," the document states.
It is worth noting that a week ago, 359 foreigners received a similar permission.
