The Famagusta City Orchestra Presents a Free Concert of Iconic Movie Soundtracks
The Famagusta City Orchestra, established just last year, is gearing up for its second-ever performance—a free concert featuring some of the most memorable music from iconic films.
Organized by the Municipality of Famagusta, the concert, titled “Cinema Music,” will take place on January 22 at the Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Center (KÜKOM). The evening’s program includes timeless melodies from legendary films such as The Godfather, The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, Pulp Fiction, Pirates of the Caribbean, and many other cinematic classics.
The orchestra will perform under the baton of conductor Ozkay Hoca, with soloist Ezgi Akgürgen bringing her unique talent to the stage.
The concert begins at 8:00 PM, and admission is completely free, making it a must-see event for music lovers and film enthusiasts alike.
The Famagusta City Orchestra was formed in the spring of 2024, uniting talented musicians renowned for their expertise across various musical disciplines.
