Merit Hotels Group will hold Career Days for students in Northern Cyprus
Merit Hotels Group continues to support young professionals and is organizing the Merit Career Days for the fifth time — an event aimed at helping students build careers in the tourism industry.
The fifth Career Days will take place on March 13 (Friday) at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel. Participants will include students from universities in Northern Cyprus, and the program will combine educational seminars with direct interaction with industry professionals.
As part of the event, lectures will be delivered by Eastern Mediterranean University lecturer Ozan S. Inamlyk, as well as HR specialist and business influencer Umut Kylych. Students will have the opportunity to personally communicate with Merit Hotels department heads, receive career advice, and apply for internships and employment.
The Career Days will run from 12:00 to 16:30. The event will be broadcast live on the Merit International HR social media page. Upon completion, all participants will receive certificates.
Merit Hotels Group HR Director Ozan Kyrtai noted that the Career Days are a platform where theoretical knowledge is combined with real industry experience. According to him, the company seeks not only to introduce students to job vacancies, but also to help them understand corporate culture values and long-term opportunities in tourism.
“Tourism is an industry where success is impossible without a strong team. We invite students to get acquainted with Merit’s corporate culture, industry realities, and become part of our team,” Kyrtai emphasized.
