On April 22, clear weather and high pressure are expected in Northern Cyprus

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Monday, April 22, the region will be affected by high pressure and warm, humid air. The dust that hung in the atmosphere all last week has dissipated.

Meteorologists promise clear, slightly cloudy weather with no precipitation. The air temperature is expected to be 3-4 degrees higher than seasonal climatic norms. In some areas, the thermometer readings will rise to 29°C. The wind will be northwesterly, of moderate strength. No storms are expected in the region today.

Average levels of ultraviolet radiation and a high probability of forest fires persist in Northern Cyprus.

People with normal skin can stay in the sun for about 20 minutes. However, it is strongly recommended to wear hats and sunglasses.
