A malfunction occurred in the vehicle registration system in Northern Cyprus
In the TRNC, on Tuesday morning, there was a technical failure in the vehicle registration automation system. Online payment acceptance has been temporarily suspended.
The Road Traffic Department reported that payment for navigation and vehicle inspection cannot be made online due to a malfunction in the vehicle registration automation system (AKOS).
In the department's statement, it was mentioned that the technical team continues to work on fixing the issue and has set a goal to rectify the malfunctions in the AKOS operation and launch the system within a day.
