Last day of Ramadan Bayram is taking place in Northern Cyprus
Ramadan Bayram is coming to an end in Northern Cyprus. Today, residents continue to visit relatives, congratulate loved ones, and visit cemeteries.
The holiday weekend lasted three days this year, and the working week begins tomorrow.
Municipal services have been operating as usual throughout the holiday: garbage collection, water supply, social, and emergency services are being carried out. The police are also on 24-hour duty.
A festive zone for children has been organized in Nicosia, and events continue in several cities.
Law enforcement agencies urge citizens to observe safety measures, especially on the roads, and not to violate traffic rules.
Also, during the holidays, prisoners have been given the opportunity for extended meetings with relatives.
