The programme for the celebrations of the 42nd anniversary of the founding of the TRNC has been published

The Security Forces Command announced the programme of celebrations marking the 42nd anniversary of the founding of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), which will take place in Northern Cyprus on 14–15 November 2025.

According to the announcement, on 14 November 2025 at 15:00 a wreath-laying ceremony will be held at the tomb-monument of Dr. Fazıl Küçük, and at 15:30 at the tomb-monument of the first president Rauf Raif Denktaş.

On 15 November 2025 at 09:30, a wreath-laying ceremony is scheduled at the Atatürk monument in Nicosia. On the same day at 10:00, a ceremonial parade will take place on Dr. Fazıl Küçük Boulevard. At 15:30, an acrobatic show by the “Turkish Stars” team will take place on the seafront in Kyrenia.
