Patient Steals Ambulance from Kyrenia Hospital
A patient at Girne Akçiçek Hospital stole an ambulance in Kyrenia early on March 12, but authorities quickly tracked him down and arrested him.
Speaking to Kıbrıs Postası, Dr. Beyhan Berova, the hospital’s chief physician, confirmed that the stolen ambulance was recovered, and the suspect was identified through security camera footage.
According to reports, the suspect arrived at the hospital around midnight and was discharged at approximately 4 a.m.. Shortly after leaving, he stole the ambulance from the hospital premises.
Police were able to apprehend him within a short time, but his motive remains unknown. The case is now under police investigation.
