President Tatar emphasized that direct flights are crucial not only for Turkish Cypriots but also for British residents living in TRNC, stating that “further embargo is unacceptable.”

The Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in London thanked Ersin Tatar for his participation in the festival on behalf of the large Turkish community in London.

Following the performances, a video prepared by the president highlighting the period of the Turkish Cypriot national struggle, negotiation processes, and developments following the recently proposed two-state solution policy was shown. Turkish schools later presented shows and musical concerts.
