The Presidential Symphony Orchestra of the TRNC will hold free concerts in celebration of its birthday. The ensemble is turning 8 years old.
The concerts will take place on November 30 at the Congress Center of the Atatürk Cultural University in the Middle East and on December 1 at the METU NCC Rauf Raif Denktaş Concert Hall.
The program, conducted by Ali Hocaoğlu, will feature S. Mercadante's Concerto No.2 for Flute in E minor, F. Krommer's Concerto for Two Clarinets No.1 Op.35, and J. Haydn's Symphony No.86 in D major.
The soloists will be Pamir Kolat on flute, Omer Berk Taraklı and Doga Yurumez on clarinet.
The concert is free and open to the public. Art enthusiasts interested in listening to classical music can reserve seats by calling 03922291762 on weekdays during business hours.
