Approval for real estate in TRNC has been granted to another 359 foreigners
The Council of Ministers of the TRNC has granted permission for the acquisition of real estate to an additional 359 foreign citizens. The decision was published in the "Official Gazette."
According to the document, out of the 359 individuals granted the right to purchase real estate in Northern Cyprus, 334 are citizens of Turkey, and 25 are representatives of other countries.
"The Council of Ministers, in accordance with Law No. 52/2008 'On the Acquisition of Immovable Property and Long-Term Lease (Foreigners),' has decided to issue the necessary permission to 359 foreign citizens, including 334 citizens of Turkey and 25 citizens of third countries, whose names and information about the real estate they wish to acquire are listed in the application attached to the petition," the document states.
Recall that earlier in February, the Council of Ministers of the TRNC granted similar permission to 399 foreigners.
