DAÜ students took part in the prestigious 24-hour IEEE programming marathon

According to Eastern Mediterranean University (DAÜ), its students took part in one of the most prestigious international student programming competitions — the 24-hour marathon organized annually by IEEE. Last year, 20,000 students from 75 countries participated in the competition.
Representing DAÜ in the marathon were 21 teams formed by 54 students from different faculties. The participants solved coding and algorithmic problems for 24 hours.
The competition was held under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at DAÜ’s Faculty of Engineering, academic advisor to the IEEE student community, Professor Rasime Uyğuroğlu.
