Cooler Temperatures, Rain Returns: Weather Forecast in the TRNC for September 10

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Tuesday, September 10, the region will continue to experience low pressure and cooler, moist air in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorologists predict partly cloudy skies with occasional showers, mostly in the central areas of the country.

Temperatures have returned to seasonal averages. In most parts of the country, they will range between 30-36°C. In Lapta, the temperature will be around 30°C, while Nicosia and Güzelyurt will see highs of up to 36°C. Winds will be moderate, coming from the southwest.

There are still two warnings in effect for Northern Cyprus. The risk of wildfires remains high, and the ultraviolet (UV) radiation level is also elevated.

It's advised not to stay in direct sunlight for more than 15 minutes, especially between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unless proper precautions are taken.
