Temperatures to Soar 10°C Above Average: TRNC Weather Forecast for March 17
The TRNC Meteorology Department reports that high pressure and cool, humid air will continue to influence Northern Cyprus on Monday, March 17. Forecasters predict hot, partly cloudy weather with no rainfall. Temperatures are expected to rise 9–11°C above the seasonal average, ranging between 24°C and 31°C across most of the country.
Winds will be moderate from the southwest. A weather advisory remains in effect, as dust from Africa is expected to linger in the atmosphere until midday today.

- Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 24°C, Lapta – 23°C, Akdeniz – 28°C, Alevkaya – 27°C, Esentepe – 27°C
- Western Coast: Lefke – 27°C, Güzelyurt – 30°C
- Central Region: Nicosia – 31°C, Ercan – 31°C
- Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 27°C, İskele – 31°C
- Karpas Peninsula: Yenierenköy – 25°C
