TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) SHROUDED IN DUST FROM THE MIDDLE EAST AGAIN
The TRNC Meteorology Department has issued a dust warning, indicating that dust from the Middle East has reached the country. Fine particles will linger in the air for the next two days.
According to meteorologists, the warning will be in effect in the region from 12:00 today until the end of Friday, November 24.
The department's statement notes that the dust particles will cause air pollution in the region.
As dust contains fine inhalable particles that can have a negative impact on human health, it is recommended to avoid going outside until this phenomenon subsides.
Citizens sensitive to dust are advised to exercise caution, especially vulnerable groups such as the elderly, children, and individuals with chronic illnesses.
