In Demirhan, a man arrested for death threats against his former girlfriend
In Demirhan, Northern Cyprus, a man has been detained who is accused of making serious threats against his 20-year-old former girlfriend. The incident occurred on November 21.
According to the police, the man threatened to harm the girl if she left him. He sent messages via Instagram and WhatsApp. The girl filed a complaint with the police, and the suspect was detained the same day.
The investigator told the court that time is required for interrogations, taking statements and examining the mobile phones of both parties. As part of the investigation, the court ordered that the detainee remain in custody for three days.
The investigation is ongoing.
