Restaurant and Cafe Inspections Tightened in Gönyeli–Alayköy
The Gönyeli–Alayköy Municipality continues active inspections of public catering facilities and food production enterprises.
According to the mayor's office, the inspections focus on:
- Sanitary conditions in establishments
- Proper food storage
- Expiration dates
- Personal hygiene of staff and availability of medical health certificates
- Permit documents and operational compliance
Legal measures are applied to enterprises where violations of the law are identified. Owners are also given a deadline to rectify the deficiencies found.
Mayor Hüseyin Amcaoğlu emphasized that protecting public health is one of the municipality's top priorities.
"We continue these inspections with the same responsibility and determination to prevent threats to public health and ensure citizens have access to safe products," he stated.
Inspections of restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, and production facilities will continue on a regular basis.
