Two cars set on fire at a car dealership in Kyrenia; four 18–19-year-olds arrested
On November 24, 2025, around 03:00 in Kyrenia on Semih Sandjar Street, two parked cars at a car dealership were set on fire. The police press service reported the fire; firefighters extinguished the flames, and the cars sustained damage.
According to the police, unknown individuals deliberately poured a flammable substance on the vehicles and set them on fire. The fire was extinguished by the fire department.
During the subsequent investigation, M.G. (18), M.T.K. (18), M.E.K. (18), and S.P. (19) were detained as suspects. Investigative actions continue.
It is noted that recently, incidents of attacks on car dealerships have increased, causing concern among business owners and local residents.
